Leafolo Shipping & Returns Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with every product that you purchase from www.leafolo.com (“Site”). Except for Sale Products and Products designated on the Site as non-returnable, Leafolo (“Leafolo,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) will accept returns for a refund of your purchase price, less the original shipping and handling costs, provided such return complies with this Return Policy. Your use of the Site to purchase Products indicates your agreement to follow and be bound by this Shipping and Returns Policy and our Terms of Service. By agreeing to this Shipping and Returns Policy, you further agree that you understand the Products purchased contain natural herbal ingredients or cannabinoids that are not derived from marijuana. These Products have not been evaluated by any regulatory body, and we make no claims about their benefits. Purchasing our Products is based on your own discretion and opinions about their benefits.
Returns
Leafolo accepts returns of unopened Products sold via the Site within twenty-one (21) days of purchase for a full refund or exchange, less shipping costs. Sale Products are not eligible for refunds. If the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective product), we will provide a full refund, including shipping costs.
To ensure a refund or exchange, the Product must be returned unused, unopened, in its original packaging (whenever possible), and with all paperwork.
Steps for Returning a Product:
- Contact Us: Email customerservice@leafolo.com with “RETURN” and your order number in the subject line. Let us know the reason for the return and provide proof of purchase, including the purchaser’s first and last name and the corresponding order number.
- Repackage Items: Repack the Product securely in its original packaging. Poor repackaging or damage during return shipping could result in denial of your refund or exchange. Avoid using a regular envelope for returns, as it may cause damage or loss during transit.
- Include Your Return Label: Keep your purchase confirmation email for your records.
Leafolo will refund the full purchase price (minus shipping costs) within fourteen (14) business days of receiving the returned Product. If you do not receive your refund after 14 business days, contact us at customerservice@leafolo.com.
Leafolo is not responsible for any Product lost or stolen during the return process. Refunds can only be issued to the original form of payment.
Sale Products
Products purchased on sale or marked as non-returnable are not eligible for refunds.
Exchanges
If you receive an incorrect, defective, or damaged item, we will exchange it at no additional cost. See the "Damaged Products" section below for more details.
Damaged Products
We take care to package your orders securely, but occasionally items may be damaged during shipping. If this happens, inspect the Product(s) immediately upon delivery and report any damages within forty-eight (48) hours.
To report a damaged Product:
- Email customerservice@leafolo.com with proof of purchase (first and last name of purchaser, order number).
- Include detailed information about the damages, including a description and a photo showing the damage.
We will replace the damaged or defective Product at no extra cost to you.
Shipping Methods and Costs
At Leafolo, we strive to process orders as quickly as possible. During checkout, you will select a shipping method. Shipping costs depend on your order and selected shipping method. Charges will be displayed before order completion.
We aim to process and ship orders within 2 business days of payment clearance. Orders are processed and shipped during regular business hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, excluding holidays).
Orders over $50 qualify for free standard shipping within the United States. Expedited shipping options are available for an additional fee.
Note: Title and risk of loss transfer to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier. Shipping dates are estimates and not guaranteed. Leafolo is not liable for shipping delays, losses, or damages caused by carriers.

After placing an order, you will receive emails regarding your order status, including:
- Order Confirmation: Confirms receipt of your order with an order number.
- Shipment Confirmation: Provides details about shipping, including a tracking number (if applicable).
- Important Notices: Alerts you to issues such as delays or cancellations.
