Traditionally the Lions tail plant has had many medicinal uses, and the indigenous Khoikhoi people of South Africa would smoke it, claiming it is a good remedy for chest complaints, including coughs, colds and bronchitis. The cape mint has been known to relax nerves and rejuvenate and the mullein in the mix is an expectorant which opens up the lungs, while the marshmallow calms the lungs down, helping to prevent or reduce coughing, which make this a wonderful complimentary smoking additive to mix with Cannabis
